Job Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to create and deliver curriculum in multiple areas of expertise to meet the training needs.
  • Partners with leaders to develop strategic initiatives to improve overall productivity, performance and internal and client software utilization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of training materials and make appropriate curriculum changes.
  • Partner with Recruiting Team to provide ongoing technical training of reoccurring positions
  • Provides full oversight of all new hire and continuous education training requirements across multiple locations, including but not limited to meeting new hire performance and graduation requirements, and ensuring that every learner has an exceptional training experience if they are new or an existing employee
  • Analyze performance data, the training curriculum and delivery, identify needs, and formulate appropriate recommendations of action plans in conjunction with Operations, Sales and Recruiting leadership
  • Work with Human Resources team to create and input training curriculum into Learning Management System (Rise, WalkMe)
  • Schedule and coordinate the training needs of the office(s) including training related meetings.
  • Effectively and frequently communicate training expectations to the management team.
  • Demonstrates effective communication, presentation, media applications, questioning, conflict resolution, and employee management skills.
  • Drive end user readiness and adoption of processes and systems through the creation of effective change plans, communications, training and UAT support (if applicable)
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps and develop/implement corrective actions
  • Curate the design, delivery, and management of communications
  • Work with project/scrum teams to integrate change management activities into project plans/sprints
