Billing Analyst

MetTel is seeking a bright, highly motivated individual with an analytical mind for MetTel Cost Management team. Our billing analysts are responsible for analysis and investigation of usage charges, download logs of the users and also offers technical advice related to the job.  Billing analyst shares similar job profiles to that a telecom specialist, network analyst, IT security person, technical support executive, or that of field service technician.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Enter, maintain and track the vendor bills and make sure that all the bills are entered into the billing system in a timely manner every month.
  • Keep track of missing bills/ discrepancies and follow up with the vendors to make sure that the bills are received before the end of the month
  • Automate the process of bill entry wherever possible.
  • Ensure that all the processes are documented, stored appropriately and well maintained.
